The creation of an open plan in the design of the space with a double height volume establishes the centerpoint of the house.

As we enter the house we begin to look skywards at the skylight and the double height feature art wall composed in bricks. The material palette of the house is : brick, pine wood, bisazza tile, white marble and and textured paint. The formal living room has pine wood panelling on the ceiling which creates warmth in the aesthetical appeal.

The house has large open spaces for flexible furniture arrangements, which can be accomodated in any form as one wants. The use of Jali’s create semi private zones, yet maintaining a continuous space.

The Second floor is reserved for family space and bedrooms, with a terrace sit out garden and a study with a fireplace.
